From low-impact exercise, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, the Y offers group exercise classes to suit every age, interest, and ability level.

Our YMCAs offer a wide variety of group fitness classes for almost every ability and interest.  You'll find low-impact and beginner classes, cardio fitness, dance, cycle and Yoga and more advanced cycle, boot camp and boxing conditioning classes.

The Y offers a variety of Group Fitness Classes for all fitness levels. Y members 10+ years and older can attend both instructor-led and on-demand fitness classes at the Y at no additional cost. These classes include strength training, Zumba, cycling, yoga, high-intensity interval training, water exercise, and more.
